Call for Papers

The RAC/TRAC Organising Committee is pleased to invite you to submit your paper proposal to the next RAC/TRAC 2026 meeting, at Aarhus University, Denmark, on 21-23 May, 2026.

The standard session format comprises of a series of oral presentations, each up to 20 minutes long. Paper proposals for these oral presentations will require the following information for the online form:
- Title of the session for which the paper is proposed
- Main speaker information (affiliation, email address)
- Co-authors information (affiliations, email addresses)
- Title of the presentation
- Abstract of the paper (max 300 words)
Each proposed paper must be submitted using the online form by Friday, 10 October 2025, 23:59 hrs. The decision on the acceptance of papers lies with the session organisers in consultation with the RAC/TRAC Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified after this deadline.
To create a well-balanced, inclusive and diverse programme, only one paper submission can be made as main speaker. Co-authorships on other papers are possible.
The official RAC/TRAC languages are English, German and French. Abstracts and papers can be in any of these three languages. RAC/TRAC 2026 also invites presentations in Danish, Spanish, and Italian. However, if any language other than English is used, an additional English-language abstract should be submitted on paper acceptance, for inclusion in the final programme book. If the presentation is in any of these languages other than English, any text on the slides must be in English.
Registration for the conference will open shortly after the session line-ups have been finalised. The conference will be an in-person only event, in two building complexes in close proximity on the main Aarhus University campus. Separate breakout rooms for families, breastfeeding, small meetings and quiet space will be made available throughout. All speakers and session organisers must register for the conference, and pay the conference fee. Some bursaries will be available; details tbc when registration opens. More information on registration, booking and bursaries will be added to the website in due course.
